And now, as Monty Python would say, for something completely different. Following the undoubted success of “A Man For All Seasons”, the Victory Players next production, “Inspector Drake’s Last Case”, is a comedy whodunit.
Standby for the ultimate Agatha Christie spoof, as Inspector Drake, ably hampered by Sergeant Plod, together forming a team of towering incompetence, seeks to find out who murdered Mrs Gagarin. Could it be Guest the butler, Cook the gardener, Gardner the cook, or a guest named Butler? Or perhaps another butler called Shofer?
This production will be on stage in the Victory Hall, Balcombe, on the evenings of Thursday 17th to Saturday 19th May.
